Christopher D. Casey
President & CEO
Casey is Founder & CEO of WealthTechs. Prior to WealthTechs; Casey was Founder & CEO of Lync.NET, a Salt Lake City Utah based software & services firm started in 1996. Casey engineered the growth of the company from a startup to Lync's current status as an industry leader in software and services to wealth & asset management firms. In 2010 Casey sold Lync.NET to the Satuit Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) software for asset management professionals.
His success with Lync was preceded by five year tenure as National Accounts Manager with Advent Software, Inc. While at Advent, Casey managed large scale client projects, provided pre-sales consulting services and sold portfolio management & accounting, trade order management and performance measurement software. Casey's work was directly responsible for yielding over $20 million in corporate revenue and over 250 new clients. He is well versed in systems architecture, and was a guiding force in the innovation of successful market strategies for many of Advent Software's products and services.
Casey's philanthropic and volunteering endeavors include The Visiting Nurse Service of New York, The Frick Collection, Catholic Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York, Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah and Recycle Utah. Casey has received outstanding service and merit awards from the State of New York for his work in helping the children of parents infected with HIV and AIDS. Casey lives in Park City Utah, where he enjoys squash, tennis, skiing, snowboarding, swimming, cycling, playing rock bass guitar and hiking in the mountains.

Gary Lichtensteiger
VP Sales & Marketing
Gary is head of WealthTechs Sales and Marketing and has responsibility for strategy, product marketing and sales of WealthTechs software and solutions for the asset management industry's largest firms. Gary joined WealthTechs in February of 2011, to spearhead a leadership role in product marketing and sales.
Prior to joining WealthTechs, Gary held a Director position in Sales and Finance at SetFocus LLC, a Microsoft technologies training company, where he managed sales financing, and directed the sales team during the company's growth from a team of six to a staff of twenty members. Before SetFocus, Gary gained start-up and venture experience as a co-founder of Destination Baby Inc., a New Jersey based children's retail company, where he managed technology, e-commerce platforms, and operations during the company's growth from initial stages to profitability in the first 18 months of operation.
Gary's financial background was as a municipal bond broker and financial advisor with Gabriele, Hueglin & Cashman, a division of Tucker Anthony Inc., in New York City. In this position he structured fixed income portfolios, performed equity and option analysis, managed client relationships, and sales, for high net worth clients on assets in excess of 500 million dollars.
Prior to his experience in finance Gary developed software, and held various consulting and system analyst positions working primarily with agencies and institutions servicing the autistic and special education community in the New York City area.
A decorated veteran of the United States Navy, Gary earned his Bachelor's degree, with honors, in Philosophy and Political Science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Gary enjoys traveling, cycling, skiing, hiking, and cooking in Park City, Utah, where he resides with his wife and daughter.

Badri Bhagat
Chief Technology Officer
Badri directs and manages WealthTechs software development, product development, platforms and architecture. Badri joined WealthTechs in July of 2010 to oversee and provide vision for WealthTechs Software Development Unit, .NET Programming and Database Teams. In his role as Technology Architect, he leads client in-house, and "cloud" based, platform implementations and deployments.
Prior to joining WealthTechs, Badri headed the development of Referral Management System for Realogy Corporation, Post Trade Compliance and Payout Calculation System for Hencorp, Data Migration and Integration for Fidelity Investments, and Retail Banking Software (CIBEX) for Crystal Systems.
In the earlier part of his career, Badri was involved in all aspects of software development as a programmer, and grew quickly to become a lead in project development, testing and quality assurance.
His areas of expertise include Banking, Brokerage, Investment Advisor, Capital Markets, Custodial, Sales and Purchase Order processing systems. Badri also has expertise in the architecture and design of online transaction processing applications. Badri has extensive experience of Microsoft.Net platforms, SQL Server, business intelligence, reporting and database technologies. In addition, Badri is an expert in the AGILE development methodology.
Badri earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bombay University and in his free time enjoys music, reading and international soccer competition.

Thomas Kemp
Client Services Manager, ClearView
Tom joined WealthTechs in September 2010 and heads up all development, testing and client services for ClearView. Tom handles all incoming client service issues and designs software enhancements working with the ClearView Development Team to assure process and quality control.
Prior to joining WealthTechs, Tom was the VP of IT services for Investment Advisers, Inc. and a Director of system integrations for Lloyds Bank. As VP of IAI he managed the day to day operations of the firm, which included, the trading floor and the settlement areas and all telecommunications. Tom was instrumental in implementing programs at both IAI and the Lloyds Bank that allowed for maximum financial growth, and minimizing costs. Tom led IAI Mutual Fund Operations transitioning to all digital platforms, allowing clients full access to their accounts. While with the Bank Tom managed the process of acquisitions of assets and developed the intra-net structure for the financial division of the Bank.
A graduate of the University of Maryland, Tom is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in Vietnam, a member of The Knight of Columbus, VFW, and is still active in Project Life. He enjoys ocean fishing, golf, a good game of cards with friends.

Pam Burkholder
Client Services Manager, CDi & PX
Pam joined WealthTechs in September 2010 and heads up all Client Services for CDi. Pam handles all incoming Client Service issues and sees them to resolution. Pam also designs software enhancements working with the CDi programmers to develop and assure quality control.
Pam is an expert at banking and trust systems with over 10 years of experience in this field. Prior to joining WealthTechs, Pam has worked as a Senior Systems Analyst, Project Manager and Officer for Guaranty Bank & Trust in Denver managing new software implementations, upgrades and banking system conversions. She has also done customer service and accounting for other Colorado based firms including: First Federal Bank of Colorado, Colorado Credit Union League, and Narex, Inc.
Pam is a Colorado native and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Colorado State University. She has her black belt in Taekwondo, sings in her church choir and enjoys traveling, hiking, shooting sports and all things crafty. Pam has two children and her husband works for an investment advisor in Denver.

David Croft
Client Services Manager, TradeData
David Croft has been working with WealthTechs CEO Chris Casey for over 15 years at various firms including Advent Software, Lync Consulting, Lync.NET and now at WealthTechs. David brings to WealthTechs his expertise in Domestic and International Trade Order Management, Financial Technology Implementation Management, and Custom Application Design, Development and Implementation.
Previous to joining Lync Consulting, David Croft spent 5 years at Advent Software, Inc. While employed by Advent Software, David worked his way from support representative to Senior Analyst. As Senior Analyst, David's responsibilities included Lead Architect and Development Manager for the Moxy product, Advent's trade order management application for domestic and international equities and fixed income securities.
Dave enjoys snowboarding, swimming and lives with his wife and daughter in the mountains above Salt Lake City, Utah.
